Add GitLab CI pipeline
...
Runs fmt, clippy, and tests on the default branch, then builds release
artifacts. Tag builds attach binaries to a release. Same shape as the
GitHub Actions workflow, ported to shared runners.

yt downloader works (expect for user avater + banner), instagram doesnt work, replace the local route (192.168.0.107:8000) with your backend route ig
